Sievert Logistik SE welcomed eight new young talents at their locations at the start of the 2026 training year. They are beginning their careers in the professions of freight forwarding and logistics services, professional drivers, automotive mechatronics for commercial vehicles, and office management. With this, the logistics service provider is once again focusing on targeted training of its own specialists, simultaneously strengthening its teams at multiple company locations.

The Greiwing Logistics Group GmbH & Co. KG has taken on a total of 16 new trainees at several locations in Germany for the 2026 training year. At the same time, 19 young professionals have successfully completed their vocational training at the logistics company. Twelve of them will be retained. According to the company, training is primarily carried out to meet its own skilled labor needs.

Gruma has started the training year 2026 with 25 new trainees. The young professionals are spread across five vocational training programs and several locations of the corporate group. After a joint introductory week in Friedberg-Derching, they will begin their assignments in the respective specialist departments and branches.

Five new trainees have been supporting Craiss Generation Logistics GmbH & Co. KG since September 1. The new recruits include three prospective freight forwarding and logistics service clerks, a future warehouse specialist, and a prospective IT specialist for system integration. Craiss welcomes the newcomers with a multi-day welcome program at the headquarters before they are distributed to their training locations in Mühlacker and Bretten. In total, the logistics service provider is currently training eleven specialists.

The Alfred Schuon Group welcomes nine new trainees. At the logistics service provider in Haiterbach, a warehouse logistics specialist, two office management clerks, a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, a motor vehicle mechatronics technician, and four professional drivers have started their careers. Among the prospective professional drivers are three Moroccan young talents whom Schuon accompanies during their start in Germany. The new trainees can expect an introductory week with insights into the culture and operational processes at the family-owned company.

The training year at the L.I.T. Group begins with 41 new junior employees. Almost half of the career starters are beginning training as clerks for forwarding and logistics services. The new group of trainees also includes clerks for office management, warehouse logistics specialists, warehouse operators, professional drivers, IT specialists for application development as well as for system integration. Upon entry, all trainees undergo a two-day introductory program at the company's headquarters in Brake.

Florian Freund is moving to a central sales role at the engineering service provider. Previously, the manager also worked for ZF and Audi, where he was involved with software-based business models and electrified drives.
