Successful commissioning: Hörmann Intralogistics hands over automated format goods warehouse to Dunapack Packaging

The project included the turnkey construction of the high-bay warehouse in silo construction, including storage and conveyor technology. The two twin-mast storage and retrieval machines achieve an inbound capacity of 40 load units per hour and an outbound capacity of 65 load units per hour. Additionally, conveyor technology for corrugated cardboard formats, rack sprinkler systems, and the Warehouse Control System "HiLIS" were installed.

Turnkey Approach for the Corrugated Industry

The project demonstrates the implementation of Hörmann Intralogistics’ turnkey intralogistics concept. In strategic partnership with Van den Bos Corrugated Machinery, the general contractor offers one-stop-shop solutions for corrugated manufacturers – from high-bay warehouse technology and conveyor systems to software control, all from a single source.
