Heitec combines retrofit with safety assessment and virtual simulation

From October 14 to 15, Heitec AG intends to present its offerings for retrofit and modernization of existing facilities at Maintenance 2026 in Munich. In addition to the modernization of hardware and software, key topics include safety evaluation of plant modifications, cybersecurity requirements, and virtual models for pre-commissioning tests. This assessment determines whether a new conformity assessment procedure is required and which obligations regarding CE marking, technical documentation, and risk assessment need to be adhered to.
