Why Neura is now fully taking over Adlatus Robotics

Neura Mobile Robots GmbH takes over 100 percent of the shares in Adlatus Robotics GmbH from Ulm. This expands Neura Robotics' portfolio to include autonomous cleaning and sweeping robots. According to the announcement, the company has hundreds of systems in the market and its own navigation software, complemented by experiences from real cleaning processes. Neura intends to use this installed base for further technological development. New functions are to be developed and validated under real operating conditions. At the same time, Adlatus is expected to benefit from the production expertise, international sales structure, and technological platform of the Neura Group.

Additional Sensors for Cleaning Robots

Neura plans to equip existing systems with additional sensor and function capabilities based on artificial intelligence. Looking ahead, cleaning robots should no longer exclusively follow predetermined routes. It is intended that the systems can recognize different surfaces and levels of dirt, interpret situations, and select appropriate cleaning strategies.

Furthermore, the machines are supposed to learn from real-life applications. Through the Neuraverse, Neura aims to integrate various models of artificial intelligence, sensor information, and capabilities. The cleaning robots should gradually be incorporated into the company's overarching technical platform.

 

Integration into the Fleet Manager Planned

The acquisition is also intended to expand Neura Mobile Robots' business beyond traditional material transport. In the future, the company plans to integrate Adlatus' solutions into its own Fleet Manager. This should enable additional applications for existing and new customers.

In the long term, Neura aims to expand its autonomous cleaning business and establish its own product family as part of the portfolio of autonomous mobile robots. The acquisition follows the recent expansion of the portfolio with the "ACTIVE Shuttle" from Bosch Rexroth.

.The Neuraverse will be open to other manufacturers

According to its own statements, Neura aims to bring together different robots and applications on a common infrastructure for Physical AI. The Neuraverse is not intended to be limited to its own products. Manufacturers of cleaning robots, mobile robots, and other autonomous systems should also be able to connect their machines with technologies and functions of the ecosystem in the future.

With the integration of Adlatus, Neura gains a product platform with systems already in use in the market. The company views real deployment data and experience as a foundation for the development of Physical AI, as machines are expected to learn physical tasks under real conditions.

Partnership has existed since 2025

The two companies have been working together in a strategic partnership since September 2025. Neura Robotics and Adlatus made their first joint public appearance at the CMS in Berlin. With the full acquisition, this collaboration is now being transferred to the Neura Group.
