The Paul Vahle GmbH & Co. KG welcomed 14 new trainees to its Kamen site on August 26, 2026. The young professionals will first undergo a four-day introductory program before beginning their training in nine different occupations. These include the areas of Technical Product Design, Electronics for Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing and Machining Mechanics, as well as IT for Application Development. The new cohort also includes aspiring industrial clerks, a warehouse specialist, and an industrial electrician for devices and systems. One young talent is beginning a dual study program in IT for System Integration. During the introduction days, the new employees will get to know the company, the training process, their rights and responsibilities, as well as their future colleagues.
